All sales are final. If your products did not arrive, please contact customer service at info@grainapart.com and we will reship your order at our cost.

Special note: Grain Apart products may arrive frozen or partially frozen. All our products are perishable and we want to ensure proper product temperature during transit. There may be moisture or condensation inside shipping box container and/or on product packaging due to fluctuation of temperature during shipment.

Once received, products can be placed in your home freezer for later enjoyment. They thaw and re-freeze perfectly. Recommend thawing time: one full day in refrigerator. Shelf life dates vary between products once thawed. Please reference the back of the product label for “best by” days when thawed.
